New format for the GML quick reference

Yes that’s right, I’ve changed the format somewhat to make it into an A6 booklet.  The previous A4 multi-column format was not as usable as I needed.  It would be OK if it were just two sides of one piece of paper but the number of commands made it span several pages.  As a small A6 booklet it fits more comfortably in the hand and is quick to navigate.  There is also an index of subject headings at the back to help locate what you are looking for more quickly.
